The ceremony and most of the reception will take place outdoors; there is a covered pavilion available in case of rain or strong sun. Please plan for warm June weather—light layers and sunscreen are recommended—and we’ll post any last-minute weather updates on the site.

Free parking is available at the golf course; please park in the lot nearest the clubhouse. Overnight parking is permitted if you need to leave your car—leave a note with your name and phone number on the dashboard, and we recommend notifying venue staff when you arrive.

The Wilds encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. There is NO drinking allowed in the parking lot. No outside alcohol is allowed as it violates their liquor license.

Formal attire is recommended. For women; because the celebration is outdoors, please choose comfortable shoes—flats, wedges, or block heels are best for walking on grass. Consider bringing something warmer for the evening.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

If your invitation included a guest, their name will appear when you RSVP.

We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask guests to put phones away. We will have a photographer capturing each moment.

Yes! Dinner will be served during the reception with snacks available later in the evening. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.

Yes — please enjoy drinks on us! We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails; please drink responsibly.

Yes — we’ll provide shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying in our hotel blocks. Visit the Accommodations page for pickup/drop-off times and meeting locations. If you’re not staying at one of the hotels, please plan to book an Uber or taxi; rideshare service is readily available in the area.
